For Mock up rooms (3-5pcs), it takes about 3 weeks after drawing approval and payment. For mass production, it takes approximately 8-10 weeks after deposit and approved shop drawings/samples.
How many days do you need for a quotation?
It typically takes about 3-4 business days to provide a detailed quotation.
What about the warranty of your products?
We provide a 2-year warranty. Our professional QC team checks each piece before packing, and a final QC report is sent to customers before shipment.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Usually, we do not have a strict MOQ for hotel projects. We produce furniture for guestrooms, lobbies, and restaurants alike.
Can you produce products according to specific requirements?
Yes, we are a custom-made hotel furniture manufacturer. We can produce any style according to requirements and will send finish samples for approval before making mock-ups.
What services do you provide for hotel projects?
We provide free shop drawings, weekly progress reports during production, full QC reports, and high-resolution production photos before shipment.
