Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: We do not have a strict MOQ. Samples are available starting from 1 piece under EXW terms. For FOB terms, a 20'GP container is standard, though mixing different items to fill the container is fully acceptable.
Q: Can you handle custom designs for specific projects?
A: Yes, we specialize in manufacturing bespoke designs based on client requirements. Our R&D department can customize sizes, upholstery materials, and frame structures (metal or wood) to bring your inspiration to life.
Q: What are the payment terms and delivery timelines?
A: We accept T/T (30% deposit / 70% balance) and L/C at sight. Standard delivery takes approximately 40 to 60 days, depending on the complexity and shipping schedule.
Q: Do you provide shipping assistance?
A: We work with professional shipping agents to facilitate worldwide delivery. If you have your own freight forwarder, we are happy to collaborate with them to ensure smooth logistics.
Q: How is quality control managed before shipping?
A: A final QC check is performed 5 days before loading to ensure every piece meets our high standards before it leaves the facility.
